K12 Coaching- Creating a Literacy-Focused Guiding Question + Data Display for Quick, Purposeful, and Intentional Data Driven Coaching Conversations
Tuesday February 18, 2025 1:15pm - 3:15pm EST
This session will focus on learning how to create a literacy-focused guiding question with a teacher before going in for an observation and data collection. Once the agreed upon topic has been established and the form of data collection agreed upon, participants will learn how to take the data from the observation and create a focused and purposeful data display. This will be the means that drives the focus for the conversation. This training will include practical application with examples from both the Elementary and Secondary lens and will support the data-driven and focused conversation necessary to make instructional moves in the building. Come join us to learn more about how you can drive decision-making through data in an easy, 10 minute conversation with a teacher.
