Welcome to Pasco’s 10th Anniversary Instructional Coaching Conference. We are offering our 20th conference over the last decade and am thankful that you have attended, presented and chose to be a part of our mission to grow and develop outstanding Instructional Coaches.
We want to train and retain our newest staff while working with all staff to improve content and curricular implementation that ensures high rates of student growth and proficiency. This session is a follow up from the September session titled Coaching to Build Capacity. We will help answer the following question: How can you adjust your coaching strategies in response to the data? We will provide strategies you can use with teacher teams to respond to the data in a meaningful, systematic way.
